Project Proposals:

Our client consultations, project proposals and pricing quotes are provided at no charge or obligation.
A proposed written Project Agreement clearly describing the services offered, delivery schedules and payment terms is forwarded for client review and approval.
For client convenience, Project Agreements are typically transmitted by email and signed by clients via an electronic (online) document approval system (DocuSign).

All critical timelines and deliverable dates will be plainly described within the Project Agreement.
To ensure that all project milestones are achieved, MMI schedules dedicated production timelines and does not accept new projects unless critical deadlines for all current activities can be confidently assured.
Achievement of project milestones oftten depends on prompt availability of on materials or information that can only be provided by the client.

MMI's proposals and pricing quotes are based on the unique requirements of each client and specific project. All proposed costs, fees and payment terms will be fully disclosed in advance, in writing.
Any additional features, functions or other items later requested by the client that were not included within the governing Project Agreement will incur additional fees. Such fees will be proposed to and approved by the client in advance, on a case-by-case basis.
A non-refundable deposit payment (generally 50% of the total project fee) is generally required to engage MMI and commence services. Balance of payment is usually due prior to delivery of final project files or production items.
Accepted methods of payment include MasterCard, VISA, American Express, company check, cashier's check, money order or PayPal transfers.
Mandatory state sales tax at the current official rate (normally for Colorado clients only) and/or shipping charges are not included in our initial quotes.
MMI reserves the right to collect upon any bank or collection fees incurred as a result of denied payments returnd checks, or client chargebacks.

Unless otherwise specifically provided by MMI in writing, MMI shall retain exclusive ownership and copyrights to all design items, materials, or other content provided, until payment in-full has been satisfied according to all terms provided the written Project Agreement.
Once payment has been remitted, exclusive ownership and full copyrights are normally transferred to the client (unless otherwise agreed in writing.
